I find it easiest to induce a timeslip if I am in an isolated area. The fewer other people around the better. I will often induce these while driving, in order to create a sense of physical travel to help solidify the intent.
I will focus on the center of my body, feeling a warm, heavy energy build up just above my belly button. Then a tugging pulling me through... a feeling something like passing through a tunnel. Everything will grow quiet for a few minutes. Then I begin to notice differences in the world.
Another method I use is for smaller slips, which move more in the same direction as the timeline I'm currently in. I will slip into a meditation, imagining a series of paths of light with points of change and choice. I will travel down these paths until I find the point which feels most like the goal I desire.
